5 Days Mahale Mountains National Park
Day 1: Public flight to Mahale Mountains. Arrival and transfer across Lake Tanganyika. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Kungwe beach lodge.
Day 2: After an early breakfast, embark on a morning session of chimpanzee trekking in Mahale Mountains till lunchtime. From around 16:00 till sunset, boat safari for bird watching on Lake Tanganyika. Dinner and overnight at Kungwe Beach Lodge.
Day 3: After breakfast, chimpanzee trekking in Mahale Mountains and back for hot lunch at the lodge, around 16:00 till sunset, fishing in Lake Tanganyika. Dinner and overnight at Kungwe beach lodge.
Day 4: After early breakfast, morning chimpanzee tracking in Mahale Mountains and back for
hot lunch. Followed by snorkeling in Lake Tanganyika. Dinner and overnight at Kungwe beach lodge.
Day 5: After breakfast, relaxation time and later transfer to the airstrip strip for your flight to Arusha/ Dar es salaam.
